The details that define an offer

Collect the words that pin it down

  • Which exact ingredient is this, spelled out?
  • Is it put on skin, taken by mouth or injected?
  • What result is being claimed for that exact product?
  • Who would decide whether it fits my concern?

Keep the written offer. If the spoken description differs, ask for a clear version you can read at home.

The claimed purpose matters

US rules recorded September 26, 2026 distinguish claims about looks from claims to treat disease or change the body’s structure or how it works.

A product meant to treat disease or change the body’s structure or how it works counts as a drug, even if it also improves appearance.

Ask how the person making the offer describes that line for this product.

Keep unrelated offers on their own question sheet

For any other treatment offered alongside a peptide, ask what would be done to your body. Ask separately what it is meant to do, what research supports it and who would provide the care.

A shared menu is no reason to merge those questions into a single yes or no.

What the offer must answer

Keep the full name, form and purpose together before comparing any claims.
