Gather the answers before deciding what comes next
A decision can wait for a clear account of the offer.

Can you describe the offer plainly
Describe the proposed ingredient, its form and the concern it is meant to address. Ask for a plainer explanation where the wording is hard to repeat.
Put the study or other evidence beside that sentence. Ask whether it addresses the same product, form and purpose.
Can you name the people and the follow-up route
- The person who would assess and prescribe
- The board record relevant to their role and location
- The pharmacy or facility behind any proposed preparation
- The way to ask questions after the visit
An in-person clinic and a telehealth service can both be asked for these details. Compare the answers in ordinary words.
Can you explain the payment terms
Keep the complete quote, recurring charges, cancellation terms and payer’s answer together. Put any missing amount or term in a separate note.
Then choose the next conversation: clarify an answer, seek another licensed assessment or leave the offer for now. A learning path does not require a treatment decision.
The finished reading task
You have a usable account when you can describe the offer and point to the answers still needed.
